SirWise has been created to make everyday life easier for any and all Authorised Apple Service Providers. SirWise integrates all tools needed to perform and follow-up repairs, handle internal resources and workflows, monetary transactions, logistics, customer communication, Apple requirements and more.

SirWise provides users with a single web-based user interface, with clear and attractive graphics for ease of use, for each process of their workflow. The software is customisable and scales well for all types and sizes of businesses, providing business proven processes.

GSX Integration

SirWise integrates directly toward Apples own GSX, thus removing the need to access GSX continuously and swap between several programs. Create repairs, order parts, find and read articles, get clear instructions for compTIA's, for instance assistance in knowing if diagnostics need to be run or not. All this, straight from the SirWise interface.

Point Of Sales

Your customers come first, which is why solutions that ease customer contact, especially over the counter, are crucial to all of us. Non-technicians will have a very simple step-by-step process to follow when receiving units at a location. Less human errors and happier customers.

Stock and inventory

The stock and inventory module provides full control and a great overview of your inventory. You can now automate processes in order to make sure all inventory is accounted for, and to keep in-house stocks at the correct level. This will provide a clear picture of funds tied to inventory.

Customer and user management

Manager all internal and external users, set rights and optional pricing, hierarchies, relationship to corporate accounts and much more. Communicate directly with your customers through the messaging module, and an optional text messaging engine. Allow for automated messages through both channels whenever an order is ready, or a status changes.

Reporting and statistics

Reports ranging from showing device types repaired, volumes, employee efficiency and work load comparisons, all to assist in managing work flow and finding out pressure points in the service chain. Draw reports for all warranty types and percentages for in/out of warranty devices. The options are nearly endless.

White label customer support

Our optional external customer portal, can be fully company branded and will connect seamlessly to SirWise. Allow any or all of your customers to place service orders directly online, view pricing, read instructions and choose shipment types. All of which can be modified or altered according to your specific needs.
